You can print letters in Mail Merge using the Print/Export Options tab. To do this, click the Print Letter button at the bottom of the screen. From here, you can edit the text, title, and other information in your letter. You can also add a greeting line, and if you wish, you can change the salutation and following punctuation of the recipient. If you want to print multiple letters at once, you must have a Data Source and a mailing list.
Once you've created the list, select a template and click Next. Choose the format for the letter. You can also choose to print a letter without any merged data. If you want to send a letter to many different contacts, you can choose the Print All Letters option. This option will merge the data from each contact record in the mailing list into one letter and send it out to each contact. When you use this option, you can easily send out your letter to multiple recipients.
You can edit the contents of your document using the Mail Merge wizard. First, open the document. You can add a greeting line if necessary. After that, click the Add/Remove button and click Insert. Once you've made the changes to your document, you can print it. There are two other steps to modify your mailing list. In the second step, you must select a template and insert a recipient list.
